8. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders are made from scratch to your exact specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. By placing a custom order, you confirm that all details provided, including names, logos, sizes, and design specifications, are accurate. Classic Leather is not responsible for errors in custom orders that result from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

9. Bulk and Large Quantity Orders

While Classic Leather primarily serves individual customers, we welcome large quantity orders from customers who require multiple items. Bulk orders are subject to the same terms and conditions as standard orders.
